We know your time is important, and so is ours. No-shows, late arrivals and cancellations are not only inconvenient for us as providers, but also for our other customers. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed bookings or cancellations. If you have a change of plans, please contact us (+40 742 17 9999), by email at booking@davidsrental.ro as soon as you know that you will not be able to show up in the allotted time. In order to be able to adjust other reservations, we respectfully request that you cancel at least 5 days before the scheduled date. A no-show is when a customer misses a reservation without canceling. In both cases, we will charge the customer a missed booking fee as follows:
⚠️ Cancellation is free up to 5 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel within 5 days prior to arrival. If the customer does not show up, he will be charged the full price of the reservation. We facilitate pre-payment of the full amount from your customers prior to arrival thanks to the Stripe.com Payments System.
